The garage is accessed from the 1 st floor and is heated with ample space for Bikes, Blades, Skis, Boats and other Sports equipment. Upstairs there is the oversized Master Bedroom with a King Size bed with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the 3 rd bedroom, also oversized, contains 1 twin bed, bunk bed and a Full size Futon which share a separate bathroom.

Only 3 blocks to the Frisco Bay M arina where you can find any amount of outdoor pursuits for the summer months. The Frisco Bay Marina also provides you access to plenty of bike paths that surround Lake Dillon and hookup to as far away as Breckenridge and Vail Resort!
